So, in the event that we have a rain delay, treat this as a "Rain Delay Open Thread" or check out the sbnation postseason portal OR return to the daily thread re: pitching projections. I've got a shitload of grading to do so I may or may not be in the middle of the thread tonight.
EDIT: We will play ball in about an hour or so. Look for a game at about 8:15 or 8:30 our time.

If strike zone calls were made by
machines, I bet we’d see scoring go up considerably in baseball. Pitchers like Moyer and Maddux in their old age would almost certainly cease to exist though. That would be a fascinating delineation between offensive eras.
