Cards Acquire Stinnett

What I meant to say was "Kelly effin Stinnett"? You mean THE Kelly Stinnett? As a temporary fix, he'll be no more than adequate. But there ain't no catchers out there that are any good. At least none that we'd be able to get without giving something way to valuable up.

I'm sure to most people he's just a creepy looking guy who's never gotten 300 big-league at-bats, but he's always been my go-to name when I was out to slander whoever it was the Cardinals would end up signing. It was weird, having to write an entire post about him, instead of mentioning him off-hand.

I'm a little disappointed, now he can't be my default shoulda-signed-him guy anymore. He's filled that role since the dawn of the Cody McKay era.
