i feel for this guy. i got the stl. logo on my left arm after i graduated in '04 and i'm glad nothin like this happened. my question is, how did neither the artist or the customer not notice it right away?
does anybody else have somethin like this? just wonderin, cause i get a lot of comments on mine when i people see it, especially from cubbie fans.

re: tattoos
Being the mean Cards fan that I am, I secretly chuckled and thought "that's what she gets for being a Cubs fan." But I also thought "Dang, I'd be pissed off!"
However, it worked out ok for her in the long run; she went back and had "Reverse the Curse" written around it for free. Evidently, the tattoo artist said that designs that have open spaces in them typically face towards the front of the body, and he didn't really "see" it as a "C" but as a design when he was doing it; thus why he did it wrong.
I don't know anything about that kind of stuff though. Kinda makes me think he was just covering his @$$ if you know what I mean.

Illiterate Tattoo Artist
A friend of mine had a tattoo put on during a drunken rampage in the early '70s. He woke up the next day to find it had been misspelled. He's been walking around with "PARATOOPER" on his arm ever since.
