Bay Area Cards fans heading to the game tomorrow?

Any VEB regulars heading to the game tomorrow?  It's the only night game of what is a short two game set.

I'm going to the game with the wife and kids, but they are invariably late; so I can grab a drink before the game.

I wondered if anyone would be interested in meeting up before the game.  I have no professed regular pre-game spot, though I consistently find myself at 21st Amendment on 2nd St.

Let me know.

not this year
have a three week old at home... not quite ready to spend the evening at the park.  Hoping to make some of the Oakland games in June, though.  Enjoy!

Congrats!
Is this your first?

I have a 4 year old, a 3 year old and a 3 month old.

And my brainwashing is working.  My kids can't wait to see baseball games and their favorite team is the Cardinals.  We'll all be decked out for the game.

I'll be there
I'm in the bay area for business and I'll be headed over there from downtown for the game.  I'll walk up and get tickets, but unfortunately I don't know about my timing for making it to the game as I'm headed up on Caltrain in the afternoon and then walking over to the game.  Any suggestions?

Caltrain is really easy
It lets you off 1 block from the ballpark. (at 4th and King and the park is on 3rd and King)

Just make sure you hustle to the station after the game.   They have a couple trains leaving right after the game, then it's a good long wait for the next one.

There are always people around the stadium selling tickets.  You can get them for face or a little above, usually.

There are places along King near the prk, as well as on 3rd and 2nd (MoMo's is a good spot for a pre-game drink on nice days)

Where are you coming from?

palo alto
i'm currently in palo alto, but i'll be in the city on business in the afternoon of the game.

I read about the 15 minutes and 25 minutes after the last out trains.  I'll definetly be headed towards those.
