Baseball Weblog Ratings

Looks like we were rated pretty well. Too bad we're behind BleedCubbieBlue.

To quote from "Seinfeld":
IZZY: How 'bout that, huh? The World's Greatest Dad. My son made it for me.

JERRY: (humouring him) That's very nice.

IZZY: The best in the world. (pointing to himself) Which means I'm better than just number one.

JERRY: Well, I don't know how official any of these rankings really are

Cheers

As for BCB,
I guess if we padded our numbers by letting everybody bitch & whine to each other, and foster name-calling, we could be higher ranked due to higher traffic.

The few times that I've peeked in to BCB, I've seen some hearty content marred by too many childlike arguments, using words that no child should be uttering. Maybe it's because I only go there when somebody points out a particulary nasty set of exchanges, maybe it's because it'a all too often true.

Everywhere is within walking distance if you have the time.

I read it pretty regularly
There is no "content" comparison.

Al does a good job at BCB...
But it doesn't really compare to larry's work at VEB.

Hmmm... kind of like the Cubs and the Cards!

Cheers

BCB
No offense to Al, I like Bleed Cubbie Blue actually, but BCB to me stands for butt crack Bob. when I was a teenager we'd always make fun of the hoosier types working in their backyard or something, calling them "butt crack Bobs". so anytime i think of bleed cubbie blue i think of that. weird ASSociation....just thought i'd share that for no particular reason

Thanks for sharing...
My question: How do the Mariners get two sites in the top 7? And where's that Dodger site... Dodger thoughts or some such thing?

I don't believe this ranking.

because both blogs
are extremely well written. i could give a darn about the Mariners, but I thoroughly enjoy both of those blogs.

Ah...
I thought this was number of hits, not a subjective ranking...
