Simulation Madness

The Cardinals garnered the number one seed in the NL half of the draw in my pre-season Simulation tournament. Each team is in the tournament and will be using a 5 man rotation, with each round being best 4 out of 7 games. The Mets got the number two seed. In the AL portion of the draw, the Tigers got the #1 seed, followed by the Yankees and Red Sox. Atleast four series per day will be ran in the first two rounds. For updates, please go to.

Brewers vs Cardinals

The Cardinals took care of business and ousted the Brewers 4 games to 1. Reyes had the best pitching performance in the series, throwing a four hit shutout in game 2. Ryan Franklin pitched 6 strong innings, allowing 6 hits and striking out 7 in the series clincher. Next up is the winner of the Marlins/Cubs series.
