Davy just got his second All-star pick (albeit really, really late)
It also means we now have 4 straight years with a SS at the All-Star game. I'm sure it didn't hurt that being pesky at the plate all throughout the Cards-Astros series this past weekend gave Garner all the support he needed to make this pick!

It's nice to see Eck's great play isn't going unnoticed, but I'd like to see him get the 3 days off. I think he could use a break b/c of the concussion thing. Oh well. Its nice to see more Cards in the All-Star game too.
