I know we shouldn't celebrate the injury of another player, mainly bc karma is likely to come back and get us two-fold for it ... BUT I am not exactly saddened by the fact that Derek Lee will most likely miss the weekend series at Busch 3.

For anyone who hasn't heard, Furcal collided with Lee at 1b on Wed. night and Lee left the game immediate. X-Rays were inconclusive and he was initially diagnosed with a sprained wrist.

Lee will be re-evaluated on Thursday in St. Louis and most likely will miss at least a few games and possibly be out for an extended length of time if the wrist turns out to be broken.
