They signed Pineiro for 5y 55mil? Does this mean that Soup is a steal at 4y 40m. The Brewers offered Soup a fourth year as an option.
If we fans think this is crazy we have ourselves to blame. As long as MLB is generating record profits contracts like this will be common.
