Playoffs superstitions?
Wearing my new, red Viva El Birdos under my unbuttoned Albert Pujols jersey seems to be my new good luck charm. They won the game I attended Saturday, and again when I wore it yesterday. I'm not washing them until we lose.
I'm also attempting to grow out a playoff beard, but it's hard when your face looks like Brad Thompson's. (I'm blogging about it at myplayoffbeard.com, if anyone's interested.)
Just curious what other superstitions my fellow birdos fanatics might have. I'm convinced that good luck charms are the only things that will help us advance through the playoffs. I'm doing my part.

This might sounds crazy
On yesterday, the picture popped up again with the help of the tray application on Webshots in the fourth inning and all of a sudden, Albert Pujols hits a homer.
What do you think?

My watch
I wear it for every playoff game, even though it apparently doomed us during the 2004 WS.
I wear the VEB shirt for Saturday games. But not to work, since I didn't wear it yesterday and we won. heh.
Both during the season
I wear the red Cardinal hat for home gome days, and
I wear the navy Cardinal hat for away game days.
Don't have a Sunday home cap, though. If I had one, I'd surely wear it on the appropriate Sunday home game.
Well...
I'm wearing my Cardinal Red jersey with the number "1" on the back, the Sunday hat when the Birds are on the road, and the home hat when the Birds are on the road.
Oh, and I'm talking to the TV again (after screaming "Send 'em! Send 'em! SEND 'EM!!!" during Speezer's triple t'other day...
Whatever works, right? ;-)
