MLB.com is selling single game DVDs from this years World Series in the Cardinals team store for $20 each.  Why they are doing this, I don't know.  I'm not sure if they did it last season or not.  I'm not sure if this is a sign that there will not be a boxed set next March like has been the case each of the last two seasons.

I mean, I like the idea if it were applied to other games that were not part of a 'series' but at $20 a piece, even if the Cardinals win tonight we are looking at $100+s/h to own the series, something that makes no sense.
